JR Central, JR West and JR Kyushu announced Shinkansen coupons (新幹線回数券) for certain sections will end. The final day of selling is March 31. The already purchased coupons will be good until their expiration date printed on the tickets.
A professional baseball night game will be held at Mazda Stadium in Hiroshima. To reduce in-bound Shinkansen’s congestion, additional Kodama 778 will run from Hiroshima to Okayama. Families can be on board with crying and screaming little babies without hesitation. That may be a great option for family travelers.
JR West and JR Kyushu announced that they will continue to sell WEB Hayatoku 3 (WEB早特3) until March 17, 2020 which is good for the travel on March 31, 2020. This ticket is purchasable until 14 days before the travel date. The ticket between Shin-Osaka/Shin-Kobe – Kumamoto is priced at 16,000 yen and Shin-Osaka/Shin-Kobe – Kagoshima-Chuo at 19,000 yen.
JR West announced that they will continue to sell Kodama Super Hayatoku Ticket (こだまスーパー早特きっぷ) until March 17, 2020 which is good for the travel on March 31, 2020. This ticket is purchasable until 14 days before the travel date. The ticket between Shin-Osaka/Shin-Kobe – Kokura/Hakata is priced at 8,500 yen.
