2008/10/26(日)、新幹線車両を通じたJR西日本のPR企画として、新幹線車両基地(博多総合車両所)が公開されます。当日は10～16時の時間帯で公開、雨天決行。入場は無料です。
イベントの内容は下記のとおり。詳細は「新幹線ふれあいデー」のパンフレット(JR西日本)をご覧ください。
- 「新幹線車両展示」(N700系、500系、WIN350、100N系2階建食堂車、ドクターイエロー、保守用車展示)
- 「運転台公開」(N700系と500系、整理券が必要)
- 「新幹線の歴史パネル展」
- 「車両ジャッキアップ」
- 「救援連結器の取扱い模擬実演」
- 「パンタグラフの動作体験」
- 「ミニ新幹線乗車会」など
The shinkansen's railcar shop in Fukuoka (Hakata Depot) will be opened to the public as the Day of Shinkansen Getting To Know (新幹線ふれあいデー) on 26 October, 2008. The factory will be opened from 10:00 to 16:00 and its admission will be free.
On that day, you will see below.
- Shinkansen cars (series N700, 500, high speed test produced car WIN350, double-deck restaurant car of series 100, examination vehicle Doctor Yellow, and other maintenance cars)
- Cockpits of series N700 and 500 cars (required numbered tickets)
- Panel exhibition introducing shinkansen history
- Jacked-up cars
- Emergency couplers handling demonstration, etc.
