Peak days of 2017-18 winter holidays travel

According to JR Central, the peak of crowding for this winter holidays (December 28, 2017 to January 4, 2018) will be on December 29 for outbound trains and on January 3 for inbound ones. Seat availability around the expected peak days

According to the actual seat availability data at the night on December 20, outbound trains on December 29 and 30 and inbound trains on January 2 to 4 have relatively large numbers of reservation.
