According to this site Shinkansen Timetable’s independent survey, the train congestion peaks during coming winter holidays (December 28, 2017 to January 4, 2018) will be the outbound trains on December 29 and 30, and the inbound ones on January 3 because many users search the travel plans here for these days. JR West will release unlimited-ride ticket for the coming new year day, January 1, 2018. It is “Ganjitsu JR West Norihodai Ticket 2018” (元日・JR西日本乗り放題きっぷ2018), which allows unlimited travel on whole of JR West lines, Chizu Express lines and JR West Miyajima Ferry. There are two types of tickets; for ordinary class ticket allows to reserve seats up to six times during the travel and for Green-car ones allows to take Green cars seats up to six times.
JR West will release new coupon typed express tickets for commuters from Fukuyama and Shin-Kurashiki to Okayama. “Morning 500” (モーニング500), which is priced at 500 yen per a trip, is for commuters from Fukuyama to Okayama and “Morning 300” (モーニング300), priced at 300, is for commuters from Shin-Kurashiki to Okayama. Commuters having magnetic commuter passes can take Hikari and Kodama trains in the morning with these tickets.

Because the Doctor Yellow’s testing “date” and “day” have some biases, we can calculate and estimate the testing schedules with the biases of prior testing dates and days.
The antenna installation work in tunnels of Kyushu Shinkansen for the verbal and data communication over mobile phones are progressing. From December 1, mobile communications through NTT DoCoMo, KDDI (au) and Softbank (including Y! mobile), and MVNO over these networks will be available in three tunnels between Shin-Tosu and Shin-Omuta.
